| How can I become insured as an Energetic/Spiritual Healing Practitioner? |
| Full Members Discounted practitioner/teaching Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance is available to Full Members. The insurance cover is optional, and is not included in the Membership fees. For current premium rates please contact OAMPS Insurance on 1800 222 012. If you wish to obtain insurance, please indicate on the Application Form when applying for Full membership. The Insurance Application Form will be forwarded with your membership package. If you intend to hold any courses, workshops or seminars please speak to the Insurers. Under the Policy if the name of the insured includes that of a school or college then the teaching activities will automatically be covered. Cover is automatically provided for individual practitioners who teach for less than 25% of their normal working hours. Otherwise, please inform the Insurers as you may not be covered and they will advise if an additional premium will be required. The Cover (briefly): The insurer will pay your liability for damages arising from personal injury or damage to property arising from your business or occupation as listed on your proposal. We recommend that practitioners obtain and maintain First Aid certification, however, it is not required for membership. |
